5. Consent

6. Who we share it with

Your information may be processed by providers acting on our behalf:

10. How to exercise your rights

Write to our privacy officer (section 12) describing your request. We may ask for proof of identity. We reply in writing within 30 days of receiving the request, as the law provides. Exercising these rights is free of charge.

11. Confidentiality incidents

If a confidentiality incident presents a risk of serious injury, we will notify the Commission d'accès à l'information and the persons concerned, as required by law.
